We have been manufacturing insulation materials since 2017, and we know that heat is the biggest threat to electronic components and electrical systems. When we built our new factory in the Lehe Industrial Park in Guilin in 2023, we upgraded our high temperature resistant epoxy formula to handle the toughest thermal conditions. Our product has passed thousands of real-world tests. It is not a lab product. It is a proven solution that works.

Our high temperature resistant epoxy delivers a long-term working temperature above 180°C. It withstands short-term thermal shock up to 220°C. Its thermal decomposition temperature exceeds 350°C. The hot and humid climate in Guilin serves as a natural testing ground for our materials. Under these harsh conditions, our product still maintains stable electrical performance and mechanical strength. We source raw materials from well-known domestic and international brands. Our factory uses four inspection steps: incoming material inspection, in-process inspection, finished product inspection, and pre-shipment inspection. This ensures every batch of our product meets our strict quality standards.
