High-Temperature Release Agent
Application Method
1.Surface Preparation:
Thoroughly clean the mold or workpiece surface to remove oil, rust, residual release agents, and impurities. Solvent cleaning or sandblasting can be used to ensure the surface is clean and dry.
2.Application Method:
Can be applied by brushing or spraying. For spraying, keep the spray gun 15–30 cm away from the surface and move evenly to avoid local buildup. For brushing, use a dedicated brush and apply a thin, even layer without missing spots. A slightly wet appearance on the mold surface is sufficient.
3.Reapplication:
When release performance decreases or the coating is damaged, clean the surface and reapply.
Technical Specifications
1.High Temperature Resistance:
220°C–230°C or above.
2.Release Performance:
Up to 5 release cycles per application (depending on working conditions); the workpiece surface remains smooth and residue-free after demolding.
3.Adhesion:
Strong adhesion between the coating and mold surface; resistant to peeling or cracking under high temperatures.
4.Chemical Resistance:
Resistant to acids, alkalis, oils, and molten metals; does not react chemically with molding materials.
5.Environmental Compliance:
Complies with RoHS and REACH standards; low VOC emissions or no irritating odor.

Composite Industry
Carbon fiber, fiberglass (FRP), and epoxy resin hot-press molding processes, ensuring high-quality surface finish.
Rubber & Plastics Industry
High-temperature vulcanized rubber and engineering plastics (such as PEEK, PPS) for injection molding and extrusion molds.
Precautions
Safety Protection
Wear a respirator, gloves, and safety goggles during application. Operate in a well-ventilated area and keep away from open flames.
Storage Requirements
Store in a sealed container in a cool, dry place (0–40°C); avoid direct sunlight and keep away from flammable and explosive materials.
Avoid Over-Application
Excessive application may cause surface defects such as pinholes or bubbles, affecting product quality.
Emergency Measures
In case of skin contact, rinse immediately with clean water. If ingested or inhaled in large quantities, seek medical attention promptly.
