Super High Temperature Epoxy
In high-temperature industrial settings, super high temperature epoxy is the ultimate choice for power equipment like mining transformers and special dry-type transformers, and using product ensures your products operate reliably even in extreme thermal conditions. This super high temperature epoxy is formulated with bisphenol A resin, methyltetrahydrophthalic anhydride curing agent, and silica powder, delivering H-class insulation and thermal stability that outperforms standard epoxy resins. With a tensile strength of 63-69 MPa and excellent flowability, product penetrates intricate transformer windings with ease, and its vacuum casting process-optimized with a 1:1 mixing ratio and precise temperature control-produces a cured solid that maintains structural integrity at temperatures up to 155°C. Beyond its thermal resilience, super high temperature epoxy offers superior electrical insulation and moisture resistance, protecting your equipment from environmental damage and reducing downtime. Whether you're manufacturing transformers for mining operations or industrial power supplies, product provides the heat resistance and durability to extend the lifespan of your critical electrical assets.

Conventional Vacuum Casting System Process
After all casting bodies are assembled and molded, apply release agent to the mold and place the casting body in an oven at 80-100℃ for 5-8 hours.
Take materials according to a B:A ratio of 1:1 and place them in a constant temperature oven. Preheat the oven to 70℃ at room temperature (25℃) and hold for 2-3 hours.
Transfer the dried casting body to the casting tank. Set the tank temperature to 70-75℃. Simultaneously, add the preheated material to the casting tank, setting the tank temperature to 60℃.
Set the material temperature in the mixing tank to 60℃. Stir and evacuate the vacuum to 50-150Pa. Observe through the sight glass that the material has completely degassed before casting.
Depending on the size of the casting body, control the casting time to 30-70 minutes. After casting, maintain the vacuum state for 30-40 minutes, then break the vacuum and apply 2 kg of pressure before removing the casting body from the tank.
