Product Introduction

Thermally Conductive Epoxy Electrically Insulating represents a specialized class of high-performance polymer composites, masterfully designed to fulfill two often-conflicting requirements: efficient heat transfer and absolute electrical isolation. This material is the result of synergistic molecular design and sophisticated composite modification techniques. The formulation process involves the precise incorporation of a carefully calculated proportion of alumina-based thermal conductive filler and silicon micro-powder into a high-grade epoxy resin matrix. This precise recipe, tailored to specific design and processing objectives, ensures optimal performance. When cured, typically with anhydride-based hardeners at elevated temperatures, product undergoes a transformation, yielding a solid material characterized by an outstanding combination of properties.

The defining achievement of Thermally Conductive Epoxy Electrically Insulating is its dual excellence. It provides a high degree of electrical insulation, crucial for preventing leakage currents and dielectric breakdown in high-voltage or sensitive circuits. Concurrently, its engineered internal structure facilitates effective heat conduction away from hot spots, thereby lowering operational temperatures of critical components. This blend of high dielectric strength and commendable thermal conductivity makes product a material of choice in several demanding fields. It is widely employed in advanced electronic packaging, where it protects delicate semiconductor chips while managing junction heat. Its role is also vital in the burgeoning new energy sector, for components in power converters and battery management systems, and in manufacturing various high-reliability electrical insulation parts. For designers grappling with thermal and electrical challenges, Thermally Conductive Epoxy Electrically Insulating offers a unified, reliable, and high-performance material solution.

Conventional Vacuum Casting System Process

1

After all casting bodies are assembled and molded, apply release agent to the mold and place the casting body in an oven at 80-100℃ for 5-8 hours.

2

Take materials according to a B:A ratio of 1:1 and place them in a constant temperature oven. Preheat the oven to 70℃ at room temperature (25℃) and hold for 2-3 hours.

3

Transfer the dried casting body to the casting tank. Set the tank temperature to 70-75℃. Simultaneously, add the preheated material to the casting tank, setting the tank temperature to 60℃.

4

Set the material temperature in the mixing tank to 60℃. Stir and evacuate the vacuum to 50-150Pa. Observe through the sight glass that the material has completely degassed before casting.

5

Depending on the size of the casting body, control the casting time to 30-70 minutes. After casting, maintain the vacuum state for 30-40 minutes, then break the vacuum and apply 2 kg of pressure before removing the casting body from the tank.
