Non Flammable Epoxy
For industries where fire safety is non-negotiable, non flammable epoxy is a revolutionary solution that combines robust performance with fire resistance, and integrating product into your electrical equipment manufacturing process ensures compliance with strict fire safety regulations. This non flammable epoxy is formulated with bisphenol A resin, methyltetrahydrophthalic anhydride curing agent, and advanced flame retardants that act through multiple mechanisms-absorbing heat during decomposition, forming oxygen-blocking char layers, and interrupting combustion chain reactions-to reduce flammability and toxic smoke release. Unlike standard resins, product maintains structural integrity at high temperatures, with a tensile strength of 85-92 MPa and impact strength of 56-66 KJ/m², making it ideal for fire-sensitive electronic devices like industrial control panels and aerospace electrical systems. Its vacuum casting process is streamlined for precision, and non flammable epoxy also offers F-class insulation and excellent chemical stability, ensuring your products stand up to extreme conditions while keeping users safe. If you're seeking a material that marries fire resistance with uncompromising performance, product is the trusted choice for manufacturing safe, reliable electrical equipment.

Cured Product Characteristics
After all castings are assembled and the mold is coated with release agent, place the castings in an oven at 80-100℃ for 5-8 hours.
Take materials according to an A:B ratio of 1:1 and place them in a constant temperature oven. Preheat the oven to 70℃ at room temperature (25℃) and hold for 2-3 hours.
Transfer the dried castings to a casting tank. Set the tank temperature to 70-75℃. Simultaneously, add the preheated A and B materials to the casting tank, then add the filler according to the formula ratio. Set the casting tank temperature to 60℃.
Set the mixing tank temperature to 60℃ and stir for 90 minutes while stirring. Evacuate the tank to 50-150 Pa. Observe through the sight glass that the material has completely degassed before pouring.
Depending on the size of the casting, control the pouring time to 30-70 minutes. After pouring, maintain the vacuum state for 30-40 minutes, then break the vacuum and apply 2 kg of pressure before removing the castings from the tank.
