Process Features

Ensure the iron core surface is thoroughly cleaned before applying the iron core insulation coating.

Pre-stir component A thoroughly before taking it out.

Strictly adhere to the A:B ratio of 4:1 when adding component B to the mixer with component A. Mix components A and B thoroughly before use.

Pot life: 30-40 minutes at 25℃ (100g mixture). Ensure the coating is applied within 40 minutes of thorough mixing for optimal results. Otherwise, it will affect the feel and adhesion after curing.

Curing conditions: Surface dry in 4 hours at 25℃, fully cured in 24 hours. Curing time will vary depending on ambient temperature.

Shelf Life and Storage Conditions

Shelf life: 180 days. After the shelf life, the product must pass inspection before use. Store in a well-ventilated, dry place away from fire.

 

Precautions

 

The activation period for this product is 40-50 minutes. Please prepare and use immediately. Do not pour unused portion into unmixed products. A small amount of sediment may occur during storage, which is normal. Please stir well before use.
