Process Control
1. Part Pre-treatment
Apply release agent to mold, assemble parts, then dry at 80–100℃ for 5–8 hours.
2. Material Preheating
Mix at B:A = 1:1, preheat at 70℃ for 2–3 hours.
3. Equipment Preheating
Heat casting tank to 70–75℃, mixing tank to 60℃.
4. Vacuum Degassing
Stir and evacuate to 50–150Pa at 60℃, start casting after full degassing.
5. Casting & Pressurization
Cast for 30–70 minutes, hold vacuum for 30–40 minutes, break vacuum and apply 2kg pressure before unloading.
