Reactor Resin Adhesive
Hollow reactor epoxy resin is a thermosetting composite material based on epoxy resin, formulated with anhydride curing agents, toughening agents, and various additives in scientifically optimized proportions. It is specifically designed for the impregnation, encapsulation, and casting of hollow reactor windings, aiming to enhance electrical insulation performance, mechanical stability, thermal conductivity, and environmental adaptability.

Functions

Insulation Enhancement: Fills gaps between conductors and between conductors and insulation layers, eliminating air and forming a continuous insulating medium to prevent partial discharge.
Mechanical Fixation: Forms a rigid structure after curing, maintaining the geometric shape of the windings and resisting vibration and deformation caused by electromagnetic forces.
Thermal Conductivity Optimization: Reduces thermal resistance by filling voids, transferring heat from conductors to the enclosure or cooling medium, thereby lowering operating temperature.
Environmental Protection: Protects against dust, moisture, and chemical substances, preventing corrosion and insulation aging.
Applications
Power Systems: High-voltage and ultra-high-voltage shunt reactors (reactive power compensation), series reactors (short-circuit current limitation), filter reactors (harmonic suppression), and neutral grounding reactors.
New Energy Generation: Reactors used in wind power converters, photovoltaic inverters, and energy storage systems, requiring high reliability.
Industrial Applications: Supporting reactors for large motors and transformers in industries such as metallurgy, petrochemical, and rail transit, suitable for harsh environments.
Special Equipment: Test reactors and pulse reactors used for electrical equipment testing or specialized power supplies, requiring precise electrical performance.

Precautions
Handling
It is recommended to wear gloves and a face mask during operation to avoid direct skin contact.
Eye Contact
In case of accidental eye contact, immediately rinse with clean running water for 10–15 minutes. If severe discomfort persists, seek medical attention.
Skin Contact
If the product comes into contact with skin, wipe it off with a clean, soft cloth and wash thoroughly with soap or cleanser.
Inhalation
If vapors are inhaled and cause discomfort, move to fresh air immediately. In severe cases, seek medical attention.
