Low Shrinkage Epoxy Casting

In epoxy casting processes, curing shrinkage is a major cause of internal stress, cracking, and dimensional deviation. We formulated our low shrinkage epoxy casting to solve this industry-wide problem. Our product is specifically designed for large components and precision applications that require high dimensional stability. This product is ideal for large transformers, instrument transformers, and precision electronic packaging.

Our low shrinkage epoxy casting uses advanced toughening modification technology and a low-shrinkage curing system. We control the linear shrinkage rate to below 0.2%. This is one-third to one-half the shrinkage of standard epoxy casting materials. The product has been thoroughly validated in large insulating component casting at transformer manufacturers in Guilin. Even for large parts with a casting thickness exceeding 50mm, our product effectively prevents cracking caused by shrinkage stress. The product has passed CMA and SGS third-party testing. We hold three system certifications for quality management.
